Mobile Medical Marijuana
Sometimes you just can’t make it to a clinic (hey, life happens! we get it!): on occasion our docs can arrange a suitable time and place that works for you! Look for us at various special events in the area as well. Never hurts to ask about special discounts or price-matching other offers :)
“I’ve been a patient for a number of years now and I can truly say that the doctors here are the best in the Bay area. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional medical marijuana physician experience.”
— Melissa O.
Be Legal
A medical marijuana card allows qualified patients to legally purchase, possess & use medical marijuana under & in accordance with Florida law (not to mention it’s safer, more predictable, of higher quality, and just less hassle than obtaining marijuana in “other ways”).
Cannabinoids
such as THC and CBD help a very wide variety of medical conditions and ailments. The receptors they bind to are some of the most important in the body and are found on just about every cell in your body.
The average age for new patients is in their 50’s. It helps almost everyone. There are definitely ways to reap the medical relief benefits of marijuana without being stoned and without smoking it. Our doctors can explain ways to almost entirely eliminate the possibility of feeling bad from using marijuana (and some things to do to feel better if it does happen a little bit)
Qualifying conditions in FL include: cancer, epilepsy/seizures, glaucoma, HIV, AIDS, PTSD, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), Crohn’s, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis (MS), chronic nonmalignant pain, and any of a number of conditions that your doctor thinks are similar to these (for example, patients with various types of pain, anxiety and insomnia often qualify)

At this time we do not have any across-the-board standing discounts for any broad category of patients. This could change, but for now we are keeping it simple and charging everyone the same basic prices. Of course, we do at times offer special prices at events or other one-off price specials or coupons. Keep up with us to stay in- the-know for these deals.
-
Our prices our actually very competitive for the market in this area. Make sure to read the fine print and be sure of what kind of service you will be getting initially and long-term. We’d be happy to see you anytime if you change your mind. Some other practices may have lesser fees (or may appear to)… but ultimately you tend to get what you pay for in terms of service. But it sure never hurts to ask us about special discounts or price-matching other offers—we just might :)

Right now we are changing locations (new place to be determined but stay tuned). In the meantime, it is possible to arrange custom time/loc appointments.
-
On average (including intake forms, orders etc) door to door time is usually
New patient: ~30-45min
Re-evaluation: ~20-30min
Transfer: ~20-30min

A card from another state by itself doesn’t allow you to legally purchase, possess or use marijuana in FL. You will still need to go through the process and get a FL medical card. It does assist our doctors knowing you’ve successfully used medical marijuana before though.
-
At least once every 210 days (about 7 months). Of course if you have any questions or concerns we are always here for you.
-
Once every 12 months (yes, we agree it doesn’t make much sense that it doesn’t line up better with the required doctor visit timing of 210 days)
-
Yes, the state has imposed upper limit “caps” on each main category of medical marijuana product that qualified patients can purchase. While the tracking system of these amounts that you purchase is somewhat complex and not entirely straightforward, the overwhelming majority of patients in our experience get nowhere near to hitting these caps.
-
While it is true that a doctor may elect to submit a request to the state for an exception to a cap for a patient, our doctors are not currently submitting these requests for exception (RFEs) for any patients. We would be happy to discuss with you in person why this is; the existing state caps are very reasonable though and the cap limits will not be an issue for the great majority of patients.
-
It depends on the request and whether or not our doctors can in good faith honestly answer the questions based on being your medical marijuana physician. If it’s something in our “wheelhouse” so to speak related to you being a medical marijuana patient with us, then, yes, we would be happy to do so. There will be a small fee of $30 however to complete any form or provide a letter to cover the administrative cost.
